Position Overview

Bidmath is looking for a talented programmatic manager to join our global activation hub. You will control the management of programmatic display, video & audio campaigns, delivering the best possible performance for our global clients. Your focus will be to constantly identify opportunities for better ROI and brand lift for clients.

You should have an excellent understanding of the programmatic landscape, technology partners & optimization methods. Extensive experience educating clients in programmatic and thorough knowledge of DSP capabilities and data usage.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Primarily working with international clients for branding and performance media across The Trade Desk and DV360
  • Demonstrate fluid understanding of programmatic campaigns across video, audio and display.
  • In-depth knowledge of the programmatic space and how to manage a team from briefing to effective activation. Knowledge and your ability to work operationally in the team
  • Analyzing advertising campaign metrics and make sure client goals are reached (Advanced viewability metrics, completion rate, AVOC)
  • Partner closely with the account management team servicing clients
  • Liaise directly and coordinate with the Bidmath counterparts across Asia and Europe for briefings
  • Management of technology partners and QBRs with key partners
  • Excellent understanding of new ad formats and all KPI metrics
  • Ability to troubleshoot campaign set ups and mentor executives and grads

Who You Are

  • BA/BS university degree 
  • Min 4-5 years’ work experience in online advertising either at agency or technology side
  • Proven work experience as a Programmatic account manager or trading manager
  • Exposure to different programmatic buying models
  • Experience on large clients primarily across video campaigns
  • Ideally social media experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
